River Ridge
1.2 million square feet of space is coming to Capstone's newest development -- River Ridge Center.  "Phase One" is a 620,000 square foot, Class A building which will be delivered in August 2006.  300,000 square feet is now available for lease and occupancy this summer.

Our second building will contain 500,000 - 700,000 square feet of space for your company's warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
